BIOGRAPHY

Pauline Anaman is a Senior Policy Analyst and the Head of the Policy Unit at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP). Her experiences span legal and regulatory reviews, open contracting, local content development, community impact assessments, fiscal modelling, value for money analyses, and revenue governance within Africa’s oil and gas, power, and mining sectors. She previously worked in research, policy analysis, and business development roles at TrustWorks Global Ltd. (Netherlands) and Tullow Oil Plc (U.K).

Pauline has a background in Public Policy from the University of Oxford with specialization in Economic Development and Infrastructure Delivery; Law from GIMPA with specialisation in Natural Resources Law and International Trade and Investment Law; and Land Economy from KNUST. She is also a 2019 alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (Energy stream), and a finalist in the Rising Star Category of the Ghana Energy Awards (2017 and 2018).
